Final Reflection

"Remember to adopt the 7Cs in writing!"

This line has been repeatedly flashed throughout the module. It is either said by Ms Kim, or by my group mates, or from other friends who are taking this module with me (in a different class).

It has been a signature thing to me now, ever since I took this module. Adopting the 7Cs are not easy. I have to consistently remind myself to write properly so that others can understand my written essays easily.

Of course, there are still a lot of grammatical mistakes in my blog posts, essays and all... Despite having very lousy grades for my English language, I'm still trying my best to meet up the expectations of writing good English.

I've not only just learned about the 7Cs. I've also learnt how to communicate with people with more empathy. Of course, to start off this practice with my girlfriend. She has seen tremendous change in my style of communicating with her. All thanks to ES2007s.

As much as what I can pick up from this course, there are still lots of room for improvement in applying all the skills that we have been taught in the lessons. The road of professional communication has just begun for me, if not, for many of us out there. I hope as we move out of classroom after this semester, everyone will carry this attitude of practicing good communication with many others. It has been a pleasure to be in this class. It is one of the most memorable experiences that I have in my NUS life.
